In the "Ramat Aderet" project by the Ram Aderet Group in Ariel, the final apartments are now up for sale - all built within reinforced concrete structures and with safe rooms strengthened by an additional 10 centimeters beyond standard regulations.

“The entire building functions as a single protected structure - resistant to missile blasts, earthquakes, and ground shifts,” explains the group’s CEO, Doron Nimrod. According to him, the building’s walls are entirely poured concrete, without blocks, which contributes to improved thermal and acoustic insulation and also reduces the likelihood of moisture-related defects.

This unique construction method was implemented even before the outbreak of the Iron Swords War, but since October 7th it has become a decisive advantage in the housing market: “Suddenly, a protected home is a clear advantage. We are experiencing extremely high demand, because there are almost no new apartments with an immediately available Mamad,” Nimrod adds.

Gradual Payment and Immediate Move-In

As part of a special offer, the company allows buyers to pay only 30% at the time of purchase, and the remainder, one year after moving in. The goal: to give buyers time to sell their current homes. “Anyone who buys now receives a ready-to-occupy apartment - with no waiting for permits, planning, or neighbors,” Nimrod points out.

The project includes 292 apartments in the “Ariel South” neighborhood, near Ariel University, the cultural center, and shopping areas. So far, about 90% of the units have been sold, and the remaining ones include 5- and 5.5-room apartments, garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses, with prices starting at NIS 2.5 million.
