The global renewable energy group Nofar Energy, announced today the appointment of Ella Raychman-Zucker as Chief Executive Officer of the Group’s European operations. In her new role, Ms. Raychman-Zucker will be responsible for all of Nofar’s activities across the continent, including leading the business strategy, managing and optimizing the existing investment portfolio, expanding the Group’s European footprint, and diversifying funding sources for Nofar’s operations in Europe.
Ms. Raychman-Zucker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University. She brings with her more than 15 years of senior management and financial experience.
Over the past decade, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of Vivion Investments S.à r.l., a pan-European commercial real estate company with assets totaling approximately €5 billion. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping the company’s business and financial strategy, managing investor relations and capital markets activity, and optimizing its capital structure.
Ms. Raychman-Zucker led Vivion’s first entry into the international capital markets in 2019. Subsequently, she spearheaded multiple equity and debt financings totaling several billion euros, involving a broad range of asset managers, institutional investors, and investment funds across Europe, Asia, and the United States.
In parallel, she led numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, as well as asset acquisitions, disposals, and value-enhancement transactions across Europe. Prior to that, Ms. Raychman-Zucker headed the Complex Finance department at KPMG Somekh Chaikin.
