Dan Hotels has completed a major renovation of the Dan Panorama Tel Aviv, investing more than NIS 60 million to upgrade one of the city’s best known seafront hotels, the chain said.

The project included a full redesign of 217 executive rooms facing the Mediterranean, a transformation of the main dining room into the SABRA restaurant, and a refreshed lobby, café, and pool deck at the property on Charles Clore Park.

Located across from the renewed Charles Clore Garden and within walking distance of Neve Tzedek, Jaffa, Rothschild Boulevard, and Carmel Market, the upgraded hotel is being positioned as offering a higher end, contemporary urban hospitality experience.

As part of the face-lift, 217 executive rooms were stripped and rebuilt following what the chain described as meticulous planning focused on small details. The design takes its cue from modern Tel Aviv style with warm Mediterranean tones, contemporary furniture and luxury finishes, alongside balconies with panoramic views of the sea and park.

All refurbished rooms feature spacious bathrooms, SUN BODY toiletries, smart televisions, and Nespresso machines with capsules. The rooms also showcase works by leading Israeli artists, including Larry Abramson, Sharon Poliakine, and Erez Aharon, supplied through the chain’s collaboration with the Gordon Gallery.

SABRA: From hotel dining room to full restaurant

The hotel’s main dining room has been fully reimagined as SABRA, which now serves as Dan Panorama Tel Aviv’s central restaurant. The venue combines the scale of a hotel dining room with an open kitchen concept, where part of the menu is prepared in front of guests in a front-facing cooking area.

Overlooking the pool and the sea, SABRA includes three new terraces, two intimate spaces, and a larger main terrace, where guests can dine facing the view and enjoy the sea breeze. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner built around a seasonal menu, using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and offering a wide variety of dishes.

The lobby and its adjoining café have also been renovated, with new finishes and seating intended to create a more contemporary arrival experience and a comfortable space for casual meetings or light meals.

Outside, the pool area has undergone a significant upgrade, with new wood-effect deck flooring, redesigned surroundings, higher quality sunbeds, wood platforms, and a dedicated pool bar. The open view across the Tel Aviv shoreline is meant to anchor what the chain describes as an “ultimate holiday” atmosphere with maximum comfort.

Dan Panorama Tel Aviv’s renovation is part of a broader investment program across the Dan Hotels portfolio, which in recent years has included upgrades at properties such as Dan Accadia Herzliya and Ruth Safed Hotel.

According to the statement, all new facilities at Dan Panorama Tel Aviv are now open to guests.
