Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad to return hostage remains at 4 p.m., terror groups claim
The announcement comes after the Prime Minister's Office condemned the PIJ's refusal to return the remains earlier on Tuesday, calling it another breach of the ongoing ceasefire.
